Hirsch Performance have relocated, have a new, refreshed website and more importantly, have several new Saab enhancements in the pipeline.
Hirsch enhancements are the only factory backed enhancements out there, so they won’t void any warranty conditions etc. There’s only 2 Hirsch enhanced Saabs here in Australia and having seen one up close last Easter (g’day Jeff!) I can tell you they look absolutely stunning, in that classic Saab, understated way. I hear they absolutely hammer along the highway too, but I’ll have to wait a little longer to experience that for myself (from the passenger seat of course – g’day again Jeff!!).
You can see the new website for yourself by clicking on this link: Saab Performance By Hirsch. If you need them, the details about their new premises and address are on the site.
The big news is that Hirsch are whipping up some tasty modifications for the new 2.8l V6 engine to go into the 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero range.
A product launch for the V6 enhancement package is expected early in 2006.
Added to that, 2006 vehicles have begun arriving and Hirsch are matching their existing interior, wheel and performance packages to the new models, including the 9-3 SportCombi seen at right with a tasty set of Hirsch 18" six-spokes. No word yet on suspension and exhaust for the 9-3SC, but I wouldn’t bet against it in the near future.
I wonder how long it will be before we see a bling bling Hirsch 9-7x for the Snoop Dogg set?
