Maybe I missed something, but this release from Saab of Sweden is the first news I’ve seen about this. And it’s pretty damn good if you ask me.
It seems Saab of Sweden and the ad agency, Valentin & Bhyr, have pretty much dominated what I assume to be the print section at the International Automotive Advertising Awards, which were decided earlier this month in Detroit.
I’m relying on my dodgy internet translator, but it looks like Saab won Gold Awards in six of the ten categories on offer and won a Silver and two Bronze in the remaining categories.
I’m not surprised at Saab’s ad material being recognised as being of a high standard. The press material has been top notch for around 10 years now. The single most visited page on this site over it’s entire history, believe it or not, is the “Saab Vs” ad page. I am pleasantly surprised, however, to see such high level and consistent recognition of this sort.
