  1. I was pleasantly surprised by receiving only yesterday the latest promotional flyer in a form of an e-mail form Praveen Batish. Now this figures news from Swade. If the results at hand are any indication of what his agenda is we are in for a strong and healthy revival of Saab’s position Down Under. I haven’t met or even seen a photograph of the guy but his hands on approach is the medicine we need. So, can it be or can it not be done and fix matters in a reasonable time ??? We need more Praveens around the world and the Hirsch brand to be pushed to the sky !!!

  2. Volvo sold over 60.000 vehicles in US the first six month, even if they were down 9%. Last year they sold 35.000 in Germany. Don’t remember the sales figures for Saab in Germany, but they were very low.

There is a huge pontential in these two markets. Don’t know what to blame the most: the line-up or the marketing.

  3. If it’s happening big time in other markets it can’t be the line up. The handling of the brand has to be what makes it or breaks it anywhere. Why are the leading German brands doing so well on the other hand and Volvo too ??? Their line up is not fantastic is it not ???
