May 2007 is the month where we get to see and enjoy some modified Saabs from around the world.
One of the great things about Saabs is that they perform pretty darn well, right out of the box. The even better thing is that there’s plenty of aftermarket providers who can squeeze a lot more of your Saab for comparatively little.
We’ll take a look at those suppliers, as well as a LOT of cars.
The first car to make the pages here during mod-love month is a beautiful black Viggen, owned by ‘bajr6’. his comments to me when submitting the photo were as follows:
Attached is a picture of my 2001 9-3 viggen that has the following mods:
nordic stage 4 (ecu, 3″ downpipe, remus exhaust, forge intercooler, open air intake, larger stainless intake pipe, forge diverter valve), koni suspension, Taliaferro Saab viggen rescue kit, 6pt subframe brace, polyeurethane transmission and engine mounts, saab black pearl grill, and some other minor tweeks here and there
That is a handy list and great food for thought for a stock Viggen owner like me.
Here’s the car. Superb!
